Are you a licensed Medicare agent with at least one season of MAPD sales experience looking for a remote W-2 role with a strong hourly rate, per-policy commission on top, and a company that pays for your licensing and carrier appointments? This is a fully remote, full-time position with one immediate opening for an experienced MAPD seller who has no existing Medicare appointments on PDB and is ready to start.

Agents work remotely on a structured full-time schedule with W-2 employment and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans (MAPD) to Medicare-eligible consumers in a remote, full-time role.
• Guide prospects through plan options, eligibility, and enrollment accurately and compliantly.
• Meet weekly enrollment targets and keep enrollment documentation complete and accurate.
• Follow all CMS and carrier compliance standards.
• Maintain a professional, distraction-free remote workspace.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license required.
• At least one season of MAPD sales experience required.
• No existing Medicare carrier appointments on PDB.
• Agents must have no releases to obtain.
• Non-resident state licenses are a plus but not required.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace required.
• Must be available full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $28.00 per hour, W-2.

Bilingual bonus: an additional $1.00 per hour for bilingual agents, in any language.

Per-policy commission: $50 per MAPD policy enrolled.

Benefits: W-2 benefits package included.

Estimated annual earnings: approximately $60,000 to $90,000, depending on hours worked and MAPD policy volume.
