Worxweb Solutions is recruiting an MCA Sales Floor Manager on behalf of a Merchant Cash Advance organization with one immediate opening. This is an in-office leadership role for someone with MCA industry experience who can run a floor, close deals personally, and ideally bring producers with them. Compensation is built for serious earners, 10% to 15% override on all floor production plus 60% on every deal you close yourself. Paid weekly, W-2 or draw, your choice.

About This Opportunity
Our client is a Merchant Cash Advance organization looking for a player-coach sales manager who can own the floor and still close. The override structure means every deal your team produces contributes to your income. The 60% personal close rate means your own production hits hard. Key Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operation of the MCA sales floor. Set and enforce production KPIs and hold agents accountable to daily and weekly targets.
- Close MCA deals personally alongside the team, this is a player-coach role, not a desk job.
- Manage pipeline activity in Zoho CRM and oversee RingCentral dialer operations.
- Leverage AI agent tools integrated into the workflow.
- Hire, coach, and develop agents to increase floor production and retention.
- Report on floor performance and pipeline health to leadership.
Requirements
- MCA industry experience required - Merchant Cash Advance sales or management specifically.
- Sales floor management experience required, you have run a team, not just been a top performer.
- Comfortable with Zoho CRM and RingCentral required.
- Comfortable working alongside AI agents integrated into the sales workflow.
- Must be able to work in-office Monday through Friday.
Nice to Have: Currently running your own MCA team or floor. Have an existing book of business. Have producers who would follow you to a new opportunity.
Compensation
Structure: 10% to 15% floor override on all production generated by your team, plus 60% commission on every deal you close personally.
Base or draw: $50,000 W-2 salary or 1099 (your preference.)
Pay frequency: Weekly.
Estimated annual earnings:
Building the floor: approximately $50,000 to $100,000 while the team ramps.
Established floor with personal production: approximately $150,000 to $175,000.
High-performing floor with strong personal closes: approximately $250,000 or more.
Actual earnings depend on floor production volume and personal close activity.
