Worxweb Solutions is recruiting Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agents on behalf of an established health insurance agency in Boca Raton, FL. The agency has a growing book of ACA Marketplace clients and is building a dedicated customer service team to carry those clients through renewal season and beyond. They are hiring ten people to start together, which means you will onboard as a cohort, train together, and have a full team around you from day one.

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Onsite)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours. Extended hours during Open Enrollment confirmed at interview.

Pay: $1,000 per week guaranteed salary| $52,000 annually, paid weekly regardless of production

About This Role

You will be the person the agency's clients talk to when a plan needs renewing, a document is missing, or a question needs a clear answer. The work is relationship-driven and detail-driven, and your license means you can speak to coverage with authority, not just transfer the call. You will work the agency's existing client base by phone and email, coordinate closely with the sales team, and make sure nothing a client needs falls through after enrollment. This is a busy, well-run floor where the role matters and the clients are counting on you.

What You Will Be Doing

Walk existing clients through their ACA Marketplace plan renewals. Collect required enrollment documents and follow up persistently until they arrive. Answer coverage questions clearly and accurately. Update client records in the enrollment system and carrier portals. Retain clients who are considering leaving by addressing their concerns directly. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff after new client enrollment. Keep organized notes and maintain clean records on every client interaction.

What They Are Looking For

• Active health insurance license required - Florida 2-15 or 2-40, or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills by phone and in writing.
• Insurance or health plan experience preferred.
• ACA Marketplace experience is a plus.
• Organized and persistent, you follow up until the document is in hand.
• Comfortable with enrollment software and carrier portals (Health Sherpa experience is helpful.)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in the Boca Raton office five days a week.
• Professional, patient, and able to explain coverage clearly to clients who are not insurance experts.

Compensation

Salary: $1,000 per week, guaranteed. Paid every week regardless of production volume.

Annual equivalent: $52,000 per year.

Employment type: W-2 expected - confirmed at offer.
