We are seeking a motivated and licensed ACA Sales Agent to join our growing health insurance team in Plantation, FL. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for driven sales professionals looking to maximize their earning potential in a high-volume ACA environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell ACA (Affordable Care Act) health insurance plans
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage options
• Manage and close inbound and outbound leads
• Maintain compliance with state and federal ACA regulations
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly production goals

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License (Required)
• Licensed in at least 1 state
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Compensation Structure

Base Pay Structure: 750 Weekly GTE Draw

• $15 per application
• $20 per application once 75+ deals are reached
• $25 per application once 100+ deals are reached

Typical Weekly Earnings:

• $1,200 – $2,600+ based on production

Uncapped earning potential for high performers.
