Remote ACA Coverage Advisor - W-2, Base + Commission, Immediate Start

Worxweb Solutions is recruiting three full-time W-2 Coverage Advisors on behalf of a growing health insurance organization. These are remote, permanent positions for experienced licensed agents who are ready to sell immediately - no release required, no waiting period.

Job Type: W-2 Employee with benefits

Pay: $49,920 base salary + commission | $60,000 OTE

About This Opportunity

Our client is a health insurance organization with an immediate need for experienced Marketplace enrollment advisors. These are closer roles - agents who know the ACA enrollment process, can work independently in a remote environment, and are ready to contribute from day one. All three positions require agents who can align with the organization immediately, without an agency, upline, FMO, or hierarchy release or waiting period that would delay appointment or ready-to-sell status.

The Three Open Seats

Seat 1 - Florida ACA Marketplace Agent

Experienced ACA/Marketplace agent based in Florida. Must have active PY2026 Individual Marketplace Exchange Agreement and be eligible for PY2027 returning-agent FFM registration. Must be able to start without a release or waiting period.

Seat 2 - West Coast or Pacific ACA Marketplace Agent

Experienced ACA/Marketplace agent based in a West Coast or Pacific-region state. Same FFM and release requirements as Seat 1. Must be ready to sell immediately upon alignment.

Seat 3 - Bilingual Spanish/English Connecticut Medicaid and ACA Advisor

Bilingual Spanish and English advisor based in Connecticut with experience in CT Medicaid (HUSKY) and ACA Marketplace enrollment. This is a separate profile — Medicaid and Marketplace experience is preferred. FFM and release requirements apply where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote enrollment consultations with consumers seeking ACA Marketplace coverage and, for the CT seat, Medicaid and HUSKY coverage.
• Guide clients through plan options, eligibility, and enrollment compliantly.
• Work within the organization's platform and tools from day one.
• Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all CMS and carrier compliance standards.

Requirements — All Seats

• Active health insurance producer license in your resident state required.
• Recent ACA and Marketplace enrollment experience required.
• Must have had an active PY2026 CMS Individual Marketplace Exchange Agreement as of September 22, 2026 and be eligible to complete PY2027 registration as a returning agent.
• Must be able to align with the organization without an agency, upline, FMO, or hierarchy release or waiting period that would delay ready-to-sell status.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace required.

Seat 3 - Additional Requirements: Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency required. Connecticut-based preferred. CT Medicaid (HUSKY) enrollment experience preferred.

Compensation

Base salary: $49,920 per year, W-2, guaranteed.

OTE: $60,000 with commission.

Full W-2 employee benefits included.

Actual earnings depend on enrollment volume and production performance.
