Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Overview
They are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of their clients. They offer competitive base salary plus uncapped commisssion.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate candidates records in recruitment systems
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience
- Previous recruitment experience is not required
- Sales experience preferred
- Customer experience preferred
- Phone sales experience a plus
Required Skills
- Sales ability

- Ability to manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers
