Position:

Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent

Location:

Plantation, FL (In-Office)

Hours:

Option 1: M-F 830-3PM + weekends 9-5pm

Option 2: M-F 3-9PM + weekends 9-5pm

Option 3: M-F 9-6PM + weekends 9-5pm 

About Our Client

Our client is a respected and fast-growing insurance provider known for delivering quality healthcare solutions and exceptional service. They specialize in ACA-compliant plans and ancillary products, offering agents robust support, daily inbound leads, and a competitive commission structure in a collaborative office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients seeking ACA coverage

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable health plans and ancillary products

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information on plan options, benefits, and eligibility

• Complete applications efficiently and ensure full compliance with federal guidelines

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• Active ACA Health Insurance License (State of Florida)

Must have experience in ACA

Must have FFM

Know Health Sherpa

Have worked in AVA in 2025 or 2026

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

• Availability to work extended hours during Open Enrollment Periods (OEP)

Compensation & Growth:

• $30 per hour base pay
