Key Responsibilities

• Close MCA exit deals from live transfers and fronts with qualified business owner prospects.
• Manage your own pipeline from initial contact through full cycle close.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations, build trust with prospects, and guide them through the MCA exit process.
• Perform take-overs and support the floor as needed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity documentation.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly production targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a closer in the MCA exit space required.
• Minimum 3 years of MCA exit or related financial sales closing experience strongly preferred.
• High energy, driven, and performance-focused mindset required.
• Consultative sales approach and ability to manage a pipeline independently.
• Former stock brokers or financial services professionals who have moved into MCA exits are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to work in-office in Boca Raton, FL Monday through Friday.

Compensation

Base salary: $60,000 per year.

Guaranteed floor: $10,000 per month guaranteed to start, in place while you build your pipeline and establish your book.

Commission structure:

10% of commission on every closed deal.

50% of the total cycle on deals you both open and close end to end.

OTE: $120,000 to $400,000 based on production.

The guaranteed floor removes the ramp-up risk for the right candidate, you are protected while your pipeline builds, and your upside is uncapped once you are running at full speed.
