Are you an experienced telemarketing manager who knows Ringba, Vici, TLD, and Health Sherpa inside and out and is ready to own the operations of a high-volume ACA health insurance sales floor? Worxweb Solutions is recruiting a Telemarketing Manager on behalf of a health insurance sales organization in Boca Raton, FL. This is an in-office leadership role with a $1,500 weekly base, performance bonuses averaging an additional $500 per week, and full operational ownership of the platform stack and QA function.

About Our Client

Our client is a growing ACA health insurance sales organization running a high-volume telemarketing operation. They are looking for a hands-on operations manager who can own the tech stack, Ringba, Vici, TLD, and Health Sherpa, manage QA, and keep the floor running at peak efficiency. This is not a supervisory title with limited authority. You will have real ownership of the systems and processes that drive the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Ringba call routing and tracking platform to maximize lead flow efficiency.
• Administer and oversee Vici dialer operations including agent queues, campaign management, and call volume.
• Monitor and manage TLD dialer operations and ensure agents are working the system effectively.
• Oversee Health Sherpa quoting and enrollment workflows and ensure accurate usage across the floor.
• Own the QA function: review calls, score interactions, identify coaching opportunities, and drive compliance.
• Identify platform inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve conversion and productivity.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on floor performance, agent accountability, and operational improvements.
• Maintain compliance with CMS and carrier standards across all telemarketing activity.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license required.
• Licensed in a minimum of 5 states required. Priority states include FL, AZ, AL, KS, IA, MI, IN, LA, OK, NC, SC, MS, MO, OH, TN, TX, UT, and WY.
• Strong working knowledge of Ringba required.
• Strong working knowledge of Vici dialer required.
• Strong working knowledge of TLD dialer required.
• Strong working knowledge of Health Sherpa required.
• QA management experience required.
• Prior experience managing a health insurance telemarketing floor or call center operations strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning technical systems and processes.
• Must be able to work in-office in Boca Raton, FL Monday through Friday.

Compensation

Base pay: $1,500 per week

Performance bonuses: Variable bonuses averaging approximately $500 per week based on floor performance and operational metrics.

Estimated annual earnings:

Base only: approximately $78,000 per year

Base plus average bonuses: approximately $104,000 per year

Strong performance: approximately $110,000 or more per year

Actual earnings depend on bonus achievement and floor production results.
