About Our Client
Our client is a growing ACA health insurance sales organization running a high-volume inbound call model. Agents sell ACA Marketplace plans and cross-sell ancillary products including dental, vision, supplemental plans, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans. They welcome both seasoned insurance professionals and motivated candidates who are new to the industry, with a clear pathway to get licensed and get started.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from consumers interested in ACA health insurance coverage.
- Sell ACA Marketplace plans and guide clients through eligibility and enrollment.
- Cross-sell ancillary products including dental, vision, supplemental, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow all CMS and carrier compliance standards.
- Meet bi-monthly applicant targets to maximize commission tier.
Requirements
- Active 2-40 or 2-15 health insurance license required.
- Releases in hand preferred for experienced agents.
- Licensed in a minimum of 5 states required.
- Priority states include: FL, AZ, AL, KS, IA, MI, IN, LA, OK, NC, SC, MS, MO, OH, TN, TX, UT, and WY.
- New-to-ACA and new-to-insurance candidates are welcome. If you need to obtain your license, the client will reimburse course and licensing costs after 90 days of employment.
- Must be able to work in-office in Boca Raton, FL Monday through Friday.
Compensation
Base pay: $15.00 per hour, W-2, guaranteed.
Commission: Tiered per-applicant rate based on bi-monthly production (1st to the 15th, and 16th to end of month, resets each period).
1 to 99 applicants per period: $10.00 per applicant
100 to 125 applicants per period: $15.00 per applicant
126 to 200 applicants per period: $20.00 per applicant
201 or more applicants per period: $25.00 per applicant
License reimbursement: Course and licensing costs reimbursed after 90 days for candidates who obtain their license prior to starting.
Estimated weekly earnings based on consistent production:
Developing producer: approximately $1,200 per week
Strong consistent producer: approximately $1,550 per week
Top performer: approximately $1,900 or more per week
Actual earnings depend on bi-monthly applicant volume and tier achieved each period.
