Pay: $300 weekly base plus tiered commission | Typical weekly earnings $1,100 to $1,500 | Top performers $4,000 or more per week
Worxweb Solutions is hiring a Moving Sales Agent for a growing long distance household moving company in Boynton Beach, FL. This is a phone-based sales role where you will provide customers with quotes for long distance moving services and guide them through booking. The office is a small, energetic team of ten with a collaborative culture and a commission structure that rewards consistent production.
No license is required. Strong phone sales experience is what matters.
What you will be doing
You will take inbound inquiries and work leads from customers seeking long distance household moving services, conduct thorough needs assessments, build accurate quotes, present the company's services clearly and persuasively, overcome objections, and close bookings. You will manage follow-up on open quotes, maintain accurate records in the system, and contribute to individual and team revenue goals.
What we are looking for
Must-haves:
- Demonstrated experience in phone-based sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing sales environment
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and closing skills
- Comfortable managing multiple active leads and follow-up conversations simultaneously
- Reliable and able to work onsite in Boynton Beach, FL on a consistent schedule including every other Saturday
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in moving, relocation, logistics, or home services sales
- Background working with a quoting or booking system in a sales environment
Compensation structure
- $300 weekly base pay
- Tiered commission based on monthly sales volume:
- $4,000 in monthly sales: 20 percent commission plus base
- $8,000 in monthly sales: 25 percent commission plus base
- $12,000 in monthly sales: 30 percent commission plus base
- Typical weekly earnings: $1,100 to $1,500
- Top producers earn $4,000 or more per week
- Commission is uncapped
