Schedule: Full-Time
Monday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Alternating Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

A growing health insurance agency in Oakland Park is hiring Health Insurance Sales Agents to sell under-65 coverage including ACA, Limited Medical, and supplemental products. This is a structured, performance-based sales environment supported by consistent inbound transfers and exclusive outbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
- Present ACA, Limited Medical, and supplemental insurance options
- Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish
- Follow a structured sales process and maintain compliance standards
- Track activity, update CRM systems, and manage follow-ups
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
What You Bring
- Experience in phone sales or inside sales preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage a high volume of activity
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Reliable and able to work onsite full-time
Compensation and Earnings
- $500 weekly draw
Commission Structure (Limited Medical):
- 35% to 45% based on weekly production
Additional Earnings:
- ACA enrollments: $20 per enrollment
- Add-on products: 50% to 65% commission
Bonuses:
- Weekly production bonuses up to $300
- Daily performance incentives
Typical Earnings:
- $900 to $1,200 per week for developing agents
- $1,800 to $2,800 per week for consistent performers
- $3,500 to $5,000+ per week for high producers
