Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

About the Role

A growing home services company in West Palm Beach, Florida is hiring a Pest Control Technician and Sales Specialist. This is a full-time, field-based role that combines professional pest control service with consultative, relationship-driven sales.

Pest control experience is helpful but not required. Prior sales experience in any industry is the primary qualification. Your income grows directly as your customer base grows, with both front-end commission on new accounts and recurring commission that builds over time.

What You Will Do

• Perform pest control treatments and routine service visits at residential and commercial locations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions honestly and professionally.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through consistent, reliable service.
• Generate new accounts and grow recurring business through consultative selling.
• Represent the company with professionalism and reliability on every visit.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior sales experience in any industry is required.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with a daily service route.
• Organized with the ability to manage accounts and follow up consistently.
• Pest control experience is a plus but is not required to apply.

Compensation

• Base salary of $35,000.
• Front-end commission of 5% to 8% on new sales.
• Recurring commission of 2% to 3% on active accounts.
• Total earning potential of $35,000 to $100,000 or more depending on performance.
• Earnings grow as your recurring customer base expands.
