Position: Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Location: Hollywood, FL (remote agents welcome)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern

Pay: $22.00/hr base or $50 to $100 per sale, whichever is greater | Estimated $130,000 to $208,000+ annually

About Our Client

Our client is a growing Medicare and health insurance sales organization building a remote-capable team of experienced agents. They are actively expanding and are looking for self-motivated agents who are ready to sell from day one. ACA agents are also welcome as the team bridges into Medicare open enrollment the client is open to supporting certifications for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from Medicare-eligible consumers and guide them through plan options and enrollment.
• Sell Medicare Advantage and related products to qualified prospects.
• Professionally engage clients via phone, manage multiple screens, and input enrollment information accurately.
• Meet daily and weekly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all CMS and carrier compliance standards.

Requirements

• Medicare sales experience required.
• Active health insurance license required.
• AHIP certification preferred, client is open to supporting candidates through the certification process.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Comfortable managing multiple computer screens and digital enrollment tools.
• Self-motivated, professional phone presence, and ready to sell from day one.
• Must be available full-time Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern.

Compensation

Pay structure: $22.00 per hour base rate or $50 to $100 per sale, whichever is greater in a given pay period. You are always protected by the base and rewarded when your commission exceeds it.

Estimated annual earnings:

Base production level: approximately $130,000 per year

Strong consistent producer: approximately $175,000 per year

Top performer: approximately $208,000 or more per year

Actual earnings depend on weekly enrollment volume and per-sale rate achieved.
