Schedule: Monday to Friday (confirmed during interview) Pay: Weekly every Friday
Worxweb Solutions is recruiting Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents on behalf of a nationwide insurance organization focused on Affordable Care Act enrollments. This is a remote, U.S.-based opportunity with consistent application volume, a transparent tiered pay structure, and your choice of 1099 or W-2 arrangement - with pay delivered every Friday.
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers exploring ACA coverage options
• Guide clients through eligibility, plan comparisons, and the full enrollment process
• Submit accurate applications through Marketplace systems and maintain compliance with federal and carrier guidelines
• Document activity thoroughly and manage follow-up to maximize accepted applications
• Meet weekly production goals independently in a remote environment
What We’re Looking For
• Active health insurance license (required)
• ACA enrollment experience preferred; current Marketplace registration for the applicable plan year, or the ability to complete required registration before handling enrollments
• Strong attention to detail and consistent application accuracy
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
• U.S.-based and available to work a Monday through Friday schedule
Compensation
• Rates from $15.00 up to $44.00 per accepted application
• Tiers recalculate each week based on production
• No required hours - manage your own schedule
