Worxweb Solutions is hiring Entry Level Debt Relief Specialists for a financial services company in Boca Raton, FL. This is a structured, phone-based outbound sales role focused on helping small business owners access debt relief solutions. No prior debt relief experience is required. A script, leads, and training are provided. What matters most is that you are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, can follow a structured process, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

This role is a strong starting point for candidates with a customer service, telemarketing, or entry-level phone sales background who want to grow into a higher-earning financial services position.

What you will be doing

You will use company-provided leads to make outbound calls to small business owners, assess their debt situations, present debt relief solutions in a clear and consultative way, and guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process. You will follow a company-provided script, work toward individual and team sales targets, and track your activity accurately. Daily call volume is approximately 250 outbound calls per day using a dialer system. You will also manage follow-up communication by phone and email and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

What we are looking for

Must-haves:

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a structured dialer environment (approximately 250 calls per day)
• Ability to read and follow a script while keeping conversations natural and professional
• Basic computer skills including email, data entry, and navigating CRM or dialer software
• Reliable and able to commit to a consistent Monday through Friday schedule onsite in Boca Raton
• Motivated by performance-based compensation and comfortable in a results-driven environment

Nice to have:

• Background in phone sales, telemarketing, customer service, or outbound call center work
• Prior exposure to debt relief, financial services, or business-to-business sales
• Experience working with a script or structured sales process

Compensation and benefits

• $40,000 base salary
• 10 percent commission on all signed payments
• Additional monthly internal performance bonuses — typical opener bonus runs a few thousand dollars per month for consistent performers
• Annual earnings range: $55,000 to $65,000 for typical performers, with upside beyond that for strong producers
