Debt Relief Specialist

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Work Setting: On-site

Schedule: Monday through Thrusday, 9:15AM - 6:30PM / Friday: 9:15AM-5:15PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $560 per week base pay, plus qualified-transfer bonuses and additional daily, weekly, and monthly incentives

Worxweb Solutions is hiring Debt Relief Specialists for a growing financial services team in Boca Raton. This is a phone-based, on-site role focused on speaking with business owners to determine if they qualify for a business debt & payment reduction program and if so, hand off to a Finance Manager while utilizing data-entry skills on a computer.

If you are comfortable on the phone & computer, can communicate clearly, and want a full-time opportunity with weekly pay, paid training, and room to grow, this role offers a strong foundation in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do

• Handle a high volume of outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner
• Speak with prospective business owners to understand their financial situation and gather qualifying information
• Explain the process clearly and accurately so clients understand the next step
• Transfer qualified clients to the appropriate team member
• Document call activity and client details accurately in company systems
• Work closely with your team to meet daily activity and performance goals

What we’re looking for

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfort working in a phone-based environment
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry
• Punctual, organized, and team-oriented approach to work
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting
• Customer service, sales, collections, or call center experience is helpful, but not required

Compensation

• Base pay: $560 per week
• Qualified transfer bonuses: $30 to $150 per transfer
• Daily bonuses:
  • 2 transfers in one day: additional $50
  • 3 transfers in one day: additional $100
• Additional daily spiffs
• Weekly and monthly performance bonuses
• Weekly pay
