Are you a licensed Medicare sales professional with current AHIP and at least one year of experience looking for a stable base pay, clean inbound leads, and a no-chargeback commission structure? Worxweb Solutions is recruiting Medicare Sales Agents on behalf of a health insurance organization in Sunrise, FL. This is an in-office role with a guaranteed $15/hr base, $100 per deal after your seventh enrollment each week, and zero chargebacks on your commissions.

Our client is a Medicare health insurance sales organization running a high-quality inbound call operation. All leads are inbound, agents are not cold calling. The team works with UnitedHealthcare and other Medicare carriers to enroll eligible seniors in the right plan. Commissions are straightforward, there are no chargebacks, and agents are supported with consistent lead flow and a stable base.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Medicare-eligible consumers and guide them through plan options and enrollment.
- Sell Medicare Advantage and related plans with a focus on UnitedHealthcare products.
- Accurately complete enrollments and maintain CRM documentation.
- Meet weekly production targets.
- Follow all CMS and carrier compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Active health insurance license required.
- Current AHIP certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare sales experience required.
- Active UnitedHealthcare appointment required.
- No releases preferred. Candidates with existing carrier appointments and clean standing preferred.
- Licensed in a minimum of 10 states required.
- Priority states include: FL, TX, IN, OH, NC, TN, MO, LA, and OK.
- Must be able to work in-office in Sunrise, FL Monday through Friday.
Compensation
Base pay: $15.00 per hour, W-2, guaranteed.
Commission: $100 per enrolled deal for every deal after the first 7 in a given week.
No chargebacks, commissions are yours to keep.
Estimated weekly earnings based on consistent production:
Developing producer: approximately $1,600 per week
Strong consistent producer: approximately $1,850 per week
Top performer: approximately $2,100 or more per week
Actual earnings depend on weekly enrollment volume above the 7-deal threshold.
