Experienced Health Insurance Sales Agent

Are you a licensed insurance professional with hands-on experience selling short-term or limited medical policies? Worxweb Solutions is recruiting Experienced Limited Medical Sales Agents on behalf of a health insurance sales organization in Pompano Beach, FL. This is an in-office role for agents who already know the product, know how to close, and want a straightforward commission structure that rewards their expertise from day one.

Position: Experienced Limited Medical Sales Agent

Location: Pompano Beach, FL (onsite)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Pay: 32% to 37% commission on all enrolled policies

About Our Client

Our client is a health insurance sales organization specializing in limited medical and short-term health products. They are building a team of experienced, licensed agents who can work independently, know the product inside and out, and produce consistently in an in-office environment. This is not an entry-level role, they are looking for agents who are ready to contribute from the first day.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell short-term and limited medical insurance policies to qualified consumers.
• Enroll clients in Core and Consult Care packages based on their coverage needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Follow all carrier and compliance guidelines.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets in an in-office environment.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license required.
• Demonstrated experience selling short-term or limited medical insurance policies required.
• Strong working knowledge of Core and Consult Care enrollment products preferred.
• Must be able to work in-office in Pompano Beach, FL Monday through Friday.
• Consistent attendance and reliable daily availability required.

Compensation

Core enrollment with Consult Care: 37% commission per enrolled policy.

Core enrollment without Consult Care: 32% commission per enrolled policy.

All commissions are paid on enrolled policies. Agents who consistently include Consult Care in their enrollments will earn the higher 37% rate on those transactions.
