Moving Sales Representative
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Weekly base pay plus commission, with 20%–30% per deal and daily performance bonuses. Typical weekly earnings range from $1,000 to $4,000+ based on performance.
About the role
Worxweb Solutions is hiring on behalf of a high-volume moving and storage brokerage in Deerfield Beach. This is an inbound sales role with consistent lead flow, structured training, and a team-focused office environment.
You will speak with customers who are already requesting moving quotes, help them compare pricing and service options, and guide them through the booking process with confidence and professionalism.
What you’ll do
- Handle inbound calls from customers requesting moving quotes
- Explain pricing, service options, and booking details clearly and accurately
- Build rapport, answer questions, and help customers choose the best solution for their move
- Follow up with interested customers to help secure bookings
- Maintain organized notes and manage your sales pipeline
- Continue developing your objection-handling, call-control, and closing skills
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Previous phone sales, inside sales, telesales, or call center experience preferred
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-call environment
- Comfortable working onsite in Deerfield Beach
- Reliable transportation
- Saturday availability
