Fronter / Call Center Representative | Full-Time | Base Pay plus Commission

About This Opportunity

Worxweb Solutions is partnering with a growing moving and logistics company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to place a Fronter on their team. This is an in-office, high-volume call center role focused on identifying strong prospects and handing them off to closers. Please note that this position is with our client company, not with Worxweb Solutions. You will be employed by and report to our client directly.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Compensation

• Base pay: $500 per week
• Estimated weekly earnings starting at $600 - $2,000 per week
• 40% commission on every deal closed that you fronted
• Earning potential increases directly with your performance

What You Will Do

• Work a dialer and manage a high volume of outbound calls
• Qualify and identify closable prospects through structured conversations
• Front warm leads to closers once a strong prospect is identified
• Navigate multiple computer programs and internal systems efficiently
• Take inventory and maintain accurate records throughout each shift
• Follow a script with professionalism and adapt naturally to the conversation

What We Are Looking For

• Prior call center experience preferred; adjacent experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role is also considered
• Basic computer skills required, including the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
• Clear speaking voice with strong articulation
• Ability to follow and deliver a script naturally and professionally
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to perform
