Worxweb Solutions is hiring Entry Level Debt Relief Specialists for a financial services company in Tinton Falls, NJ. This is a structured, phone-based outbound sales role focused on connecting small business owners with debt relief solutions. No prior debt relief experience is required. A script, company-provided leads, and full training are included from day one. What matters most is that you are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, can follow a structured process, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

This role is a strong entry point for candidates with a customer service, call center, or phone sales background who want to build a career in financial services.

What you will be doing

You will use company-provided leads to make outbound calls to small business owners, assess their financial situations, present debt relief solutions consultatively, and guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process. You will follow a company-provided script, work toward individual and team sales targets, and log all activity accurately. Daily call volume is approximately 250 outbound calls per day using a dialer system. Follow-up communication by phone and email is also part of the daily workflow.

What we are looking for

Must-haves:

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a structured dialer environment, approximately 250 calls per day
• Ability to read and follow a script while keeping conversations professional and natural
• Basic computer skills including email, data entry, and navigating CRM or dialer software
• Reliable with a consistent track record of showing up and following through
• Able to work onsite in Tinton Falls, NJ Monday through Friday

Nice to have:

• Background in phone sales, telemarketing, customer service, or outbound call center work
• Prior experience in debt relief, financial services, or business-to-business outbound sales
• Comfort working within a scripted or structured sales process

Compensation and benefits

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law:

• Base salary: $40,000 annually
• Commission: 10 percent on all signed payments
• Additional monthly internal performance bonuses, with typical opener bonuses running a few thousand dollars per month for consistent performers
• Annual earnings range: $55,000 to $65,000 for typical performers
• Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k)
