A growing Delray Beach insurance agency is hiring Final Expense Sales Agents. If you're licensed (2-14 or 2-15) and want a role with real earning potential, daily lead flow, and no cold prospecting from scratch, this is worth 10 minutes of your time.

What You'll Do

Sell final expense insurance to pre-qualified leads (we supply them)

Educate clients and guide them through enrollment

Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently

Hit daily and weekly production targets

What We're Looking For

Active 2-14 or 2-15 insurance license (required)

Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone and in person

Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven

Prior final expense or life insurance sales experience a plus

Pay & Commission

$500/week base draw

Typical reps earn $1,200 to $2,450+/week

Commission: 2.5 months of annual premium per policy, plus a 3-month base placement bonus
