About the Role
A growing travel nurse staffing firm in Manhattan is hiring a Senior Travel Nurse Recruiter to run a full desk in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. This is a full-time, onsite position for an experienced recruiter with a proven production history and an established book of business in travel nurse staffing.
This role is designed for a senior-level professional who is ready to operate independently, grow their desk, and significantly increase their earnings. Full-desk experience and a background specifically in travel nurse recruiting are required to be considered.
What You Will Do
- Run a full recruiting desk from sourcing through placement.
- Source, screen, interview, and place travel nurse candidates into active assignments.
- Manage job postings and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to align on open needs and priorities.
- Maintain and grow existing travel orders and agreements while developing new business relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals consistently.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven full-desk recruiting experience is required.
- A minimum of 35 travel orders and assignments, pre or post-COVID, is required.
- Direct background in travel nurse recruiting is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple placements and relationships simultaneously.
- A consistent production record with documented results.
- Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage a high-volume desk independently.
Compensation
- Base salary of $50,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and verified production history.
- Commission of 4% to 10% of average monthly sales.
- Total compensation ranges from $110,000 on the low end to $200,000 or more for top producers.
- Commission is calculated on sales, not margin.
- Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k) are included.
- This is a W-2 employee position.
