Worxweb Solutions is hiring a Debt Relief Sales Representative for an onsite opportunity in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role is focused on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and setting appointments for closers within a growing financial services environment.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up consistently by phone and text
• Build interest in debt relief solutions through clear, professional communication
• Qualify leads based on financial criteria and overall program fit
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects to closers
• Maintain an active pipeline and stay consistent with follow-up activity
• Track outreach, conversations, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in debt relief, MCA, business funding, or a comparable outbound sales environment
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence handling objections
• Ability to manage a high level of outbound activity and follow-up
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite sales setting
• Experience using CRM systems and text-based follow-up tools is a plus
• Professional, reliable, and coachable approach to work
